  After spending a lot of time in gyms working hard, but achieving little and really not enjoying going I moved to Vision a couple of months ago. I now love going to the gym, have made great progress with my goals and that is down to the fantastic PT's (Bronson is a legend), the great atmosphere in the gym and the fun (if challenging) group sessions! Highly recommend Vision.

  I signed up at Vision St Ives afew months ago after some bad back issues. The personal trainers are all good and my back problems are fixed. The last few months I have been training with William. He does it a bit different. Every session he mixes it up. This keeps it interesting. He pushes me beyond what I thing I can do, but always aware that I don't do any damage to a bad shoulder and sensitive lower back. It's great having some strength again. Feeling much better and younger. Thanks William and all the trainers at Vision St Ives.

  Vision St Ives is a great gym. I loved the PT sessions. They really pushed me to get into better shape and better health. Christian is awesome, he leads by example. Bronson is also really good, he has pushed me with bigger weights. In general, the entire team has been very accommodating. Highly recommend.

  Vision St Ives has been a part of my life’s routine for more than 12 years. The team is fun, knowledgeable, attentive, considerate, and challenging. The atmosphere is very friendly and supportive. Not your average “gym”. A great place to train no matter your age or fitness when you start. I’ve been lucky to have trained with good trainers but my favourite is Christian who goes out of his way to keep me accountable while varying my routine to work on my flexibility, strength, and cardio fitness. Highly recommended. Thanks Christian and team.

  After over 12 years in the Navy, Wendy Laurence made the successful transition into owing her first Vision Personal Training Studio in St Ives. Wendy’s Vision journey started by doing a goals session at another Vision Studio, the nutritional guidance was key. So impressed with the transformation, you could say she bought the business. It was a perfect match - having a passion for exercise and wanting to run her own business. St Ives has now been operating for almost 8 years and continues to transform people’s lives. Vision St Ives has a strong sense of community with many long term Clients. Wendy is most proud of the fact that many Clients entrust not only their own personal training but also their extended families training. It is such a pleasure to see the journey that our Clients take and the positive impact that weight loss and fitness can have. Two years after Vision St Ives, Wendy and her husband opened Vision Personal Training Wahroonga. Both Wahroonga and St Ives are strong supporters of many local running events. Wendy believes that making cardiovascular exercise and weight training a part of your weekly routine only enhances every other part of your life. Fit for family, fit for business, fit for school and fit for retirement is why Wendy and her amazing team of Vision Trainers are so passionate about training all age groups in a safe and friendly environment!
